Crab Cake

Crab cake, coleslaw, and lima beans.

The crab cake was bought frozen and ready to cook, the lima beans are left over from last night’s succotash, and the coleslaw was made fresh (with fennel seed and cumin... a surprisingly nice combination). This made for a nice lunch thrown together on short notice.
