Lunch spot

Got up early, did a few hours work, then packed for the long weekend. Worked in the car, while Mr S drove us to Interlaken. Perfect timing for lunch. Got a sandwich then we sat on The Aare on a red bench, with this view of the Jungfrau. We did a bit of shopping, then headed up to our tent in Beatenberg. I did another couple of hours work, then we went for a local walk, stopping at a little pub for a beer. Weather beautiful, but a steady Easterly chilly wind making it a lot colder than last weekend. We cooked a lovely dinner on the MSR stove, then had another little walk to enjoy the Alpenglow as the sun set on the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
