The Mediterranean on a plate.

Today was my turn to BBQ and I'm a big fan of tomato and onion salad liberally doused in olive oil so it was one of the side dishes but, as I was preparing it, I remembered that my guest isn't too keen on tomatoes, oops! She was very polite and sampled some. It was a perfect evening for sitting and eating outside, thank you RF for your company.
