Summer

Yep, I think we can safely say that summer’s here. It was roasting today, so much so that I decanted myself to the gardens for the first time in ages and lazed in the sun under a weeping willow. Nice, for a while. Might even venture back soon.
We took a wee wander up town after dinner, just to stretch the legs. Still deserted and also almost free of scavenging seagulls - it’s great not having them screaming us awake every morning - but spotted the first few swifts of the year. Hope there are more of them on the way!
