Well we managed our early walk and even saw a friend on the way I thought it would be quite as one was early and two it us Sunday no there were quite a few people about but getting up early I seem to get quite a lot done


I went to the co-op to get some bits I needed cheese for my tuna melt that I had for lunch and some toms all so some more porridge which I am in to at the moment so on the way back and being on my own I treated myself to a a rhubarb and Custard icecream and it was bloody good and more so as I did not have to share it

And in a few minutes we are going out again maybe have a cup of tea if it is not to busy

Have done half of my tea just need to do the pasta
