Busy day today. Needed to get a lot of chores done before tomorrow. My second washing machine is on and I made a really tasty lentil lasagna, a recipe from a book with vegetarian meals. 5 portions are in the freezer and two in the fridge. I'm going to cook some more during this week, and make prepared meals for this month. I was surprised how cheep it was.
