ZAD76 - Warm

I felt the need to do something today, more than just a 40 minute run / trip to Tesco. We are lucky where we live, although it's a very overpopulated large town on the outskirts of London we also have lots of easily accessible open spaces. After a bit of persuasion I managed to drag Himself out for an eight mile walk, taking in parts of the London Loop and the Vangard Way.

It was a bit warm by the time we got back.
