Yellow-eyed grass

Gifted by boatsandblooms. Supposedly a marginal, found near water, but it loves our dry sandy garden. Also know as Sisyrinchium californicum. Every day the flowers scrunch themselves up, with new blooms the next day. A star at the front of the border
