SUNDAY SADNESS

The world has gone mad, but not in this peaceful town, on this beautiful Sunday, only about 50 miles from the violence & destruction 
 in Los Angeles  Peaceful protest erupted into mayhem last night, in response to the murder of an African American man by Minneapolis police. 

Unfortunately, LA has a long dark history of the same kind of behavior, & bitterness runs deep.  Unfortunately, this is not the first time violent unrest consumed this city, but this time COVID-19 set the stage.  

This church might be a good place to find solace, during these turbulent 
& frightening times.  Wouldn't it be nice if churches could remain open, so we could slip inside for a few minutes to just say a prayer for guidance 
& forgiveness?
