Phase 1 BBQ

Another glorious day. Headed out early for a run, managed 10k for the first time since before I twisted my ankle so pretty pleased to be back on track.

I made some lovely rich and soothing after sun lotion for my pink bits and then I had fun making pretty packaging for some of my soaps to give as gifts.

Then it was up to a neighbours for a fabulous bbq - was so good to get a ‘proper’ catch up rather than the usual chats over the fence and in passing.
