Allotments

In spite of the drought the allotments are thriving! It is necessary to water morning and evening but as the allotments are at the end of the road, it is not too difficult. We are harvesting lettuce and radishes so far, but the broad beans are ready, and we are getting tired of rhubarb already! I will have to start freezing ready for the winter, which is very satisfactory.
