A quiet day at home today.  Its been so hot.  Took Misty to the estuary for a quick paddle this morning as the tide was in.  Then we went to the local moss nature reserve for a short walk.  Her legs aren't too bad today thank goodness.  Will definitely get her a joint supplement though and not let her run so much.

Wandered around the garden looking for a blip.  There's lots of bees around at the moment and I was trying to get one in flight.  Its hard!   I've been trying for weeks.
