Dolly and the very hungry caterpillar

I went out for a walk today with my factor 50 well applied, it was hot, hot, hot. I found this rather lovely rock, a very hungry rock. Migraine that I had yesterday reappeared later in the afternoon so I headed home for a cool lie down and a migraine tablet, all better now.
