Lime Curd

Such a miserable day, so no better place to spend it than in the kitchen.  I know this looks exactly like lemon curd, but I promise it's lime curd, and so delicious you can eat it off the spoon.

The yellow colour comes from the eggs - it was the palest green until the eggs got added.
