Tourist destination

The Three Kings Monument is one of the most important tourist  destinations in ChiangMai.   Normally this area is very busy.  

Things are improving here with more businesses opening.  Apparently hairdressers open on Monday, one customer at a time with a time limit of two hours. As alcohol can only be purchased for consumption at home bars remain closed.  What does confuse me is the fact that travel is restricted and 14 day quarantine is still enforceable, but we are being encouraged to book holidays within Thailand.  Flights are still few and far between.  We are not going anywhere for awhile yet.

We had a very funny experience on Saturday evening.   We had just been dropped of outside our condo as a car pulled into the car park.  A young girl, who we didn't know, jumped out and asked hubby to park her car for her.  She explained that she had only just got the car.  Hubby obliged and parked it for her.  It was raining quite heavily at the time so I watched from a sheltered position.  It was just so bizarre, but he was happy to help a damsel in distress.
