Walking under the Cloud Inversion

We parked at the meeting place and walked from there past Waterfall Creek to the little beach.  I didn't quite get that far, I walked to the seat by the information panel.  A total of 14,000 steps, or 10 k.  Most of the walk was under the cloud, with the sun peeping out occasionally.  The extra is of the lake when we set out.  There were 20 of us walking today.

Very proud of my brother in law (JB) who received an award in the NZ Queens Birthday list today.  MNZM (Member of the NZ Order of Merit) for services to music.  Well done John.
