Up up and away!!

I went for a lovely walk just before sunset to Mt Blackheath and was suprised to see a paraglider standing on the launching pad waiting to take off.  It seemed very late in the day to be heading off.  Apparantly he was a novice and was only going to go a short way and land in the valley below.  It was a magnificent sight as he launched himself at just the right time.  It’s fascinating how they watch what the wind is doing and it has to be just perfect timing.  I have added an extra of the scene with everyone standing around watching as the fellow is waiting on the pad.
