Red, Bold and Blousy

Dramatic! Inherited in our garden. Not our choice but can't help being impressed and admiring.
The achillea is just coming into flower and I like the way the buds yet to bloom encircle the central flower head. (See extra photo.)
Another hot, sunny day. We are not going to respond to the government's foolhardy easing of lockdown as the risks appear to us have been increased by the premature desire to kickstart the economy. Uncertain and worrying times.
