After a 7am swim
Brisk promenade promenade
Breakfast by the sea

I did a 4 hour work meeting on zoom

I had early lunch and collapsed on the couch and turned on the telly (unusual for me)

Impromptu great discovery of a classic fillum on TG4 (Irish station) at 1pm

OMG

This film has just about everything about the human condition. It’s flawed and flawless. I loved every single moment
