9 years of Blip

When I posted my first entry on April 26, 2011, I had no idea what I was getting into. (Yes, my anniversary is a little over a month later than when I started because I took a break after my 3 year mark. But the Blipforce was strong, and sucked me back into daily posting). I thought I was just holding myself accountable to learn how to use my first DSLR camera. I didn't even write a journal at first. See my first entry here. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/1360933
But now that I'm on my third camera, and my photo skills are a tad better, I still look forward to blipping each day because of the wonderful camaraderie in the Blip community. I love seeing and reading about life in other places. I am inspired, entertained, educated, and most of all comforted by the unity in the midst of diversity in this virtual community.
