Bas-relief
I clocked off from work early today because I had a chiropody appointment! Wow! I haven't had one of those in months!
The health centre where I normally get my foot-sculpting done is in Rochester, but at the start of the lockdown it was decided that that would be the one place dealing with cases of Covd-19 and the podiatry team hot-footed it out of there with very little notice.
So today I had to walk up the hill past the Naval memorial and into Gillingham. Beautiful weather and many more people out and about. The construction sites are all back in operation today.
It was such a treat to have my feet held in someone else's hands, to have all the horrid parts gently cut away, and to be able to walk home in supreme comfort once again.
What a silly creature this is! What does it eat? Grass? How does it reach it? What use are its front legs? What does Polaris have to do with it?
