Day 67/1st in level 3. Not a happy dog

Poor Coda has been vomiting since yesterday evening. I have put her on a bland diet and she seems better this evening, but not her usual busy self. 
I went to the specialist today who diagnosed a torn cartilage in my knee. At least I know what the problem is - hopefully I can avoid surgery for as long as possible.
Grateful today for all the Dr's and health workers working tirelessly at this time. I worry about us going onto level 3, and just hope it is the right decision.
