A success.

Last week I bought a cage to protect the ground feeding birds.  We also get a lot of Jackdaws (about 6 - 8 at a time) and pigeons. It took a couple of days for the little ones to get used to it but Mr. C complained that he would be mowing up bird food all the time.  Today the tray arrived and by the early evening they were happily using it.  The pigeons circle around looking a bit cheesed off but there is food for them.
