Pause for a Breather

Perhaps it was the heat, but I felt the need to pause for a few minutes (at the 1k mark as it happens) on my circuit today. I am told that tomorrow is the last of the hot days and then there will be (much needed) rain and much cooler (just in time for a planned BBQ at the weekend).
