My Heart Skipped a Beat!

What a thrill! My first skipper butterfly of the season. This looked clean and fresh so I'm guessing it is a small skipper. Large skippers look 'dirty' to me. I adore skippers and won't be satisfied now until I capture an Essex.:)

I also shot my first meadow brown butterfly of 2020 and a beautifully delicate common wave moth under an oak leaf.
