The river was high today

This afternoon I went into work for the first time in a week. I was anxious on the walk in so I walked through the park to avoid walking along the main road as much as possible. It's been raining a lot lately so the river was a muddy torrent. There weren't many birds around, just some crows.

The decision to go into work was kind of spur of the moment but I'm glad I did it because I feel more prepared for going back properly on Monday now. I got all my emails sorted so it should be easier.

I'm hoping to get somewhere more interesting tomorrow if I'm not too tired
