Visit

From my daughter and her her Jack. It was lovely sitting chatting in the garden while the dogs ran around and played well together. Back to exercising in the garden this morning as hubby is starting to improve band wanted to try to exercise.
I could do with a solid nights sleep, I don’t cope well when my sleep is disturbed.
