Leamington Lift Bridge
My eye was caught by the moon (which is in the picture behind all the metalwork) this morning as I crossed the Union Canal by the Leamington Lift Bridge.
Then the geometrical patterns of the bridgework looked more impressive, hence this photo.
I cross this bridge from the bus stop on the way to the office, not that I'm there very often these days as I'm attached to Queensferry church for a few months. It is a remarkably lovely walk across the canal and through new housing then Colonies housing. Few cars, lots of birds, a good way to start the morning.
