Baking experiment
I had a bit of leftover starter so as well as the usual two loaves I tried making sourdough pizza bases. They turned out reasonably but as the sourdough is full of air, when rolled flat, the air bubbles were pushed to the edge and then expanded on the pizza stone and the base then did not remain flat. I had to prick the pizza bases in the oven as they began to blow up like balloons!
