MONDAY  WFH Day #48

I made a slight error with today's Ocado delivery in that I booked it   for 6:00 am instead of the usual 6:00 pm slot. Fortunately I was notified by text and set the alarm for 5:50 am. but I was far too late to bed and only managed four and a half hour's sleep.

I wiped-down and put most of the shopping away, snatched a coffee and a slice of toast and headed out on a run up over the moor. I kept going beyond my usual turning point and ended up at the village of Krumlin. 12 km in total and all before my second breakfast.

Spent the rest of the day working form home before crashing out in the chair after dinner.
