To bee or not to bee

I asked the other residents of the house for a bee pun to use for a title and this is what I got.

Mr DA had an all day Zoom meeting so, when it finally finished, we headed off to the river to see the damselflies again, while the weather was still wonderful. There's a nice one in Extras but I thought I'd go with this bee for the main picture. I don't know what this plant is, but there's big roadside bush of it by the gate to the field where the river is and bees LOVE it.

In other news, I filled three dustbin liners with unwanted clothes and shoes today. I doubt I'm the only one keenly awaiting the re-opening of the charity shops!
