All gone #2

It got too late last night for me to think of blipping, so here I am on Wednesday morning... posting a picture I took of the end of a happy meal... We ate the cheesecake that we brought home from Urth Cafe because we were way too full to contemplate dessert. The bottle of wine got emptied as well (it was opened a couple of days ago).

The day disappeared very quickly today. First off, I went to see another one of my beautician ladies for . . . waxing. Ugh! It's getting very hot and after yesterday morning's incident, I want to be feeling (and looking) my best if I end up in hospital!! Such vanity!

I had my Zoom call with Diane, just chatting and sharing info. G & I had a Zoom call with my nephew Danny... you do these things on the spur of the moment only to realise that I haven't seen and hear him speak since 2004, and G since he left Dubai in 2000! Unbelievable. It was really great to reconnect. So, one thing that Coronavirus has done is that VOIP has opened up in the UAE for this time when everyone has had to take just about everything online.

I then went through and scanned many pictures from my 1991, 1992 and 1995 albums. So many great pictures and memories to smile at. I wanted to put together a collage for Blip; maybe another day... Think I finally got to bed at 1 am. Poor G, she had to stay out of her room until nearly midnight while I used her desk to do my scanning. She was working on her Summer Fun Club.
