kick start

Although i am not as brave as Joe and a couple of others, who have been blipping their weight weekly.
I do intend to keep a track of how much i have lost each week... Every monday from now. My plan is just to eat less and move more.....Kinda simple i guess... Makes sense!
With a bit of luck i may get somewhere, Will aim to lose at least 14lbs, anything more will just be a bonus!

Had a naff couple of days, but have managed to talk myself out of it today. PMA is the way forward! Watch out! lol!
