Pool Party

I was out in the garden around midnight last night looking for Purdy and shone my torch on the pond.  There was an extraordinary amount of wildlife visible, indeed it looked as if all the pond dwellers had come out for a party.  There were at least 7 frogs, a toad, at least 4 common newts and lots of toad tadpoles visible so I nipped back indoors to get the camera and flashgun.  I have often had a look at the pond at night but have never before seen such a collection all together.
