Me and my best buddy!

Growing so quickly and it's just not possible to hide under mum's wings anymore ..... so at siesta time the goslings just huddle together ..... many clamber over their siblings and squeeze into a space that just isn't there!

As the goslings grow many families link together and when on the water the youngsters can have as many as six adults keeping them in order. Looking at these two Canada goslings I think the one on the right is perhaps a few days older.

A bit cooler today ..... much better conditions for walking.
