Two record shots, neither as good as I'd like, perfect collage material.
Bogbean. Such a beautiful plant, found at Tarn Moor.
Then a Cream spotted ladybird. Described as common in the UK (rarer North) but I've never seen one before. Apparently they're to be highly prized as the have a voracious appetite for pests usually found on fruit plants.
I've spent the day with swelling of my forehead moving down into my eye sockets and my face turning technicolour. I currently look like a bad drag act, I'll spare you.
A productive garage visit, one van development done and a problem identified and booked in to be fixed. Then a visit to a lumber yard, always a joy to spend time with a passionate expert, more information for the shepherd's hut project gathered.
