Supermarket shop day. After two weeks of going to Booths in Windermere this was a click and collect at Sainsbury’s. Three weeks from the last one, the amount of traffic wasn’t much different but the roadside verges and central reservations were. Cow parsley (or similar) and large daisies were growing in abundance. Nice to see. 

Back home, shopping put away and a much needed mug of tea. Then I had to think about a blip as I forgot to take any photos in Kendal. 

The sun came out mid afternoon so I pointed the camera at some flowers in the garden.  This is a geum …. a little past it’s best. The beech hedge to the right helped give the darker background.
