Shenzhen: Apartment block entrance surprise

A detour was required this morning to get in and out of our building. For the three or so hours of work these gentlemen indulged in, no one can fathom what they did (apart from block the entrance). We were expecting our building to be 'blinged out' for Chinese New Year but alas still no pretty lanterns or crazy fairy lights in evidence... there is still time!
