Neighborhood Portraits: Mr Charles

I pass his house every time I take a walkabout to the town center.  He's often working on his old van or just chilling on his porch with a cigarette.  I stopped for a brief chat and, to his amusement, to do some "second-hand smoking" as I've now been free of cigs and vapes since December.

Mr Charles is a lovely fellow and a bit of a gentleman, both in comportment and in speech. Some day, I must find out what his story is :)
