Bircham Windmill

We have gone past the signpost to this mill for years as its on the way to the coast but have never gone for a visit.
Friends told us last week that they were selling flour and also "amazing Cornish Pasties" so we decided to go and have a look even though the weather was not very good.
Between then and now we found flour in the supermarket but it would be a trip out so we still went. Yes they had a wide range of different flours ,  some very specialist so we bought some anyway. And yes they do sell Cornish pasties and they had sold the last four to the lady who had just left the shop before we got there. So I was relegated to a sausage role and a doughnut.
Sausage role was lunch, doughnut and coffee taken whist typing this. Fingers now covered in sugar as is my face and the keyboard
