Home built?

Not sure what this car is but it looks a bit like a kit car. Maybe someone will tell me. It was parked in St Neots market square car park looking very lonely.

Glad we have had some rain this evening...lets me off watering duties. Though I suspect the garden could do with a lot more water than it got. No clapping or drinks with neighbours tonight as it is a bit damp out there.

I've added an extra to help those who might know what it is.
