Pills and sprays

I finally admitted defeat and got a doctor's appointment about my nose and sinuses. They have not been right for many months but mainly I try and ignore it. I had thought not travelling to London it would get much better but it has not. So I had a telephone appointment with the doctor and went to collect my prescription today. Hopefully this pile will resolve my issues.

Busy day at work and dinner with a little too much wine for a school night.... Off to bed now!
