Poof

The extra was taken seconds before my blip. I think this is a mockingbird. It landed on the fence, looked around, then "poofed" its feathers. A few seconds later it was back to normal. So cute.

Update on my daughter's wedding - the venue cancelled today. One week after assuring us that they would not. Four days too late to cancel caterer, house rentals, etc without losing our security deposit. Time to re-plan like so many others have had to do. Bride and groom are taking it well and we have time to figure out a new plan. Things could be worse. Such nice invitations that will have to be recycled.
