Ravioli.

We made home made ravioli for tea last night. It was filled with borage from the garden and ricotta, with a little sage and parmesan. 1st time using the ravioli attachment, time consuming but very satisfying.Also delicious, the pasta scraps were turned into linguine and cooked all together. With a simple sauce, some butter, sage, chard, garlic and tomatoes. It was a lot of time well spent, 3 hours roughly. Next time will be quicker.
