Yesterday's Bake

Brighton Sandwich - made from a recipe in Mr MD's Mum's Recipe Book, as you can see in my blip.  I have no idea why it's called Brighton Sandwich but, filled with strawberry jam, this is Mr MD's all time favourite.   So I made two.
