Enjoyed the sights (and shops) of Carlisle today.
Purely by chance, we happened across this little market stall/cafe which offered traditional Thai cuisine.
It was such a busy little place, it was great watching the ladies bustling around the kitchen & better still to watch our food being prepared from scratch with all fresh ingredients.
The food was amazing (sweet & sour chicken for Mr A and chicken with onion, pepper & Thai basil for me).
