Wedding

A local couple were due to get married in the village church this weekend.  She had grown all the flowers but sadly the wedding has had to be delayed.  In a fit of generosity she cut the flowers and made posies which she delivered to the church porch in jam jars and asked all villagers to help themselves.  They looked beautiful and l am thrilled to have a small posy at home to enjoy this weekend.  We all wished them well in planning for their wedding next summer instead. I do hope by then that weddings will be possible once more.
