Yoga outside first thing which was a joy.

In the afternoon Lulu came to visit - to check she and Tara are still OK. They've grown up together these last ten years, as neighbours, but she is totally blind now and very skittish and Tara has dementia, so you never can tell (sounds comedic I realise that)
Thankfully they were back to their old puppy selves and it was nice to see :)
We are looking after her next week while their son has his 18th birthday - so the trial run went well...
