What to do on a special day, be upset or embrace the best of days past? Probably the last champagne house we stayed at in summer 2018 and a rather splendid premier cru it is :-)

Blanc de Blanc, Brut premier Cru - Guy Charbaut Mareuil-sur-Ay, Epernay. Not sure it went well with curry but never mind as plenty left :-)
