Lockdown - Day 77

A cool, cloudy start to a windy day but since mid morning we’ve had blue skies, and both this bee and I have been busy in the garden. Just look at the size of his yellow leg warmers! (Couple of buzzy extras, too tired to make a decision!)

Another haywire Lockdown day. A night of little sleep (neighbours and their dogs woke me at 11.45pm, 5am, 6.55am). Had to cancel my first socially distanced walk with a friend as mum took a tumble in the garden (she’s fine now). Neighbour with the new fence came round to help me put back the trellis and shrubs that the workmen had failed to do, but in doing so I discovered that the workmen had dumped all the rubble and concrete that they’d dug up on our side of the fence, ruining the flowerbed and several plants.

No Andrew Lloyd Webber musical tonight so instead we’re watching Moulin Rouge. Cocktails have been postponed until tomorrow, just too tired to be bothered. Luckily there’s wine!

Take care, stay safe and well...

(Thank you so much for all your kind stars and hearts for yesterday’s flutterby. Sorry for my lack of replies and comments, blame the fence men, and the dogs next door!)
